Very worried about this problem.
The Nuc does not recognize the mouse neither the keyboard (even during the boot), so I am not able to press F2 in the keyboard for BIOS settings.
If the NUC does not recognize the usb devices even during boot process is it very likely to be a Hardware issue??
I bought the unit one week ago and it worked fine until now
Anyone ran into this problem?
I am very worried because It seems to be that the problem is in the motherboard.
