D34010WYK Nuvoton CIR does not work always

Hi all,

I have a second problem with the Nuvoton CIR.

If I reboot the CIR works as expected, but if I you hibernation, then after several times of hibernate and resume the CIR does not work.

No sigal will be received, PowerOn works without any problem. Driver problem?

If I deactivate the device with the device manager and activate it again, everything is working fine again.

OS is Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64 with up to date drivers and patches.
